For 4 people you need
1 1/2 lb. small whole fish fillets
juice 1/2 lemon
4-5 tablespoons thick cream
2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz. butter
- Remove the skin from the fish and place the fillets in a baking dish so the fish looks whole again.
- Season, add lemon juice.
- Pour over cream.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, dot with butter.
- Bake in the oven, spoon over the cream once or twice.
- Garnish with a sprig of parsley
